North Dallas Honey comes from these counties:

Dallas, Collin, Van Zandt, Fannin, Kaufman, Hopkins, Hunt Rockwall, Delta and Raines.

Since our customers don't just live in Dallas, our goal has been to create a mix of honey that best represent pollens that affect our customers.  Of the forty-six types of vegetation that exist in the state of Texas, there are five that represent the DFW metroplex. Our honey comes from all five local vegetative zones.

This mix is better than honey from only one of these zones simply because, though someone may live in one particular zone, she may travel through three or four zones in the course of a day. Our air blows through these zones and contains a mixture of pollen from all five.
